كيف يعمل

  • Monthly, in Moroccan dirhams, tax included.
  • You can cancel within the first 7 days of a subscription. After that it runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
  • Outside those 7 days there is no refund for a month already under way, which is the rule for digital services under law 31-08.
  • A payment taken in error is always refunded.

Does Plus get me more attention from other people?

No, and it never will. Plus changes your own limits, not other people. Nobody is shown to you differently because they pay, and you are not pushed in front of anyone.

Why can free accounts not message anyone?

Because unsolicited messages are what ruins a platform like this. A free account can write to the host of a Khrija it asked to join, and to anyone who has written first. That conversation then stays open forever.

What happens to my private profile if I cancel?

Your profile becomes visible again, exactly as it was before. Nothing is deleted.

Can I switch to the student rate later?

Yes. Open a ticket with your student card or school email and we move you across from the next month.

Is verification part of Plus?

No. Identity verification is free for everyone, and it is required to host or join whether you pay or not. Safety is not something we sell.
