These terms are the contract between you and Khrija.ma. They are governed by Moroccan law, including
law 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data, law 31-08 on consumer protection, and law 09-08 on
the protection of personal data. Creating an account means you accept them.

1. What Khrija.ma is
Khrija.ma helps adults in the same Moroccan city find each other and arrange to meet: a football
game, a coffee, a study session, a night out. We provide the platform. We are not a party to
anything you agree with another member, and we do not organise the meet-ups themselves, except for
the events our own team publishes and marks as such.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. We ask for a date of birth and check it.
You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract.
You must not have been permanently suspended from Khrija.ma before.
One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Your password is yours to protect; we recommend
turning on two-factor sign-in. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you
tell us it has been compromised.
Your city is set once, during profile setup, and cannot be changed afterwards by you. If you really
move, open a support ticket and our team will unlock it.
4. How to behave
These are not suggestions. Break them and you lose the account.
No harassment, threats, intimidation or hate against anyone, including on grounds of origin, religion, gender or disability.
No sexual content, and no soliciting sex or any paid service.
No impersonation of another person, of our staff, or of any institution.
No scams, no spam, no commercial promotion without our written agreement.
No illegal activity under Moroccan law, and nothing that promotes it.
No sharing of another member's photographs, messages, address or identity outside the platform.
No automated collection of data, no scraping, and no attempt to break or overload our systems.
No accounts for anyone under 18, whether your own or someone else's.
Use the Report button on a profile or a Khrija to reach our team. Reports are confidential and the
person reported is never told who reported them.
5. Meeting in person
Meeting strangers carries real risk, and you accept it. Verification confirms an identity document
and a face; it is not a character reference, a background check or a criminal record search.
Meet in public first, tell someone where you are going, keep your own transport, and leave whenever
you want to. If you feel unsafe, leave and contact the authorities first, then us. Read our
safety guidance before your first Khrija.
6. What you post
Your content stays yours. By posting it you grant Khrija.ma a free, non-exclusive licence to host,
store and display it for the purpose of running the service. That licence ends when you delete the
content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or for a moderation record.
Only post photographs you have the right to post, and never photographs of other people without
their agreement. We may remove anything that breaks these terms, without notice where the risk is
serious.
7. Verification
Hosting a Khrija and asking to join one both require a verified account. Verification runs through
an external provider; your document never reaches our servers. Submitting someone else's document,
or a forged one, means permanent suspension and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.
8. Khrija Plus and payment
Khrija Plus costs 70 MAD per month, or 35 MAD per month on the student rate.
The student rate needs a valid student card or school email, checked by our team. Using it without being a student ends the subscription with no refund.
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams and include applicable tax.
The subscription renews each month until you cancel.
You may cancel within 7 days of starting a subscription. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and Plus runs to the end of the period already paid for.
Outside that 7-day window, and in line with article 36 of law 31-08 on a digital service already in use, a month under way is not refunded. Where a payment is taken in error, we always refund it.
Hosting, joining, messaging and verification are free and will stay free. Plus adds control and convenience, never access to other people.
9. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend an account temporarily or permanently when these terms are broken, when someone is
put at risk, or when the law requires it. You are told the reason and, for a temporary suspension,
the date it lifts. To contest a decision, open a support ticket.
You may close your account at any time from your settings. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
10. Our responsibility, and its limits
We work to keep Khrija.ma available, safe and accurate, and we take that seriously. We cannot
guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for the conduct of members, online or
in person, nor for what happens at a meet-up we did not organise.
Nothing here excludes liability that Moroccan law does not allow us to exclude, including liability
for fraud or for personal injury caused by our fault.
11. Intellectual property
The Khrija.ma name, logo, badges, design and code belong to us and are protected by Moroccan law
17-97 on industrial property and law 2-00 on copyright. Do not copy, imitate or reuse them without
our written permission.
12. Changes
We may change these terms as the service develops or the law requires. Material changes are
announced by email or in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top is updated. If you
do not accept a change, close your account before it applies.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Talk to us first: most problems are settled in a support
ticket within a day. Where a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it falls to the competent Moroccan
courts, and for consumers, to the courts provided for by law 31-08.
