- See only what the task needs. Nothing more.
- Never look up emails, IDs, locations or private chats out of curiosity.
- Never copy, screenshot or share anything about a member.
- Emails, ID checks and account settings stay with the admin team.
How we act
- Calm, fair and neutral, with everyone.
- No favours for friends. Step back if you know the person.
- Never contact a member privately outside Khrija.
- Serious cases go straight to the admin team.
Reliability
- A few hours a week, every week.
- Reports answered within 48 hours.
- Going away? Tell the team first.
If a rule is broken
- Staff access is removed at once.
- Serious breaches are reported to the authorities.
